Procedure concorsuali e governo dell'impresa artigiana in Toscana

This text presents the results of the work of a research group of the University of Florence. The study was aimed at highlighting the consequences of the great difference in the criteria employed to recognise the privilege of artisan credit in insolvency procedures on the governance of artisan enterprise. The research also offers a contribute to overcoming specific economic-financial criteria used to discriminate between companies deserving the recognition of the privilege and other companies. This is also proposed through the development of an alternative criterion, already subjected to an initial empirical validation.
