Right to withdraw

In online purchases and all other distance sales contracts, the Codice del consumo (Legislative Decree 206/2005 Arts. 45-49 and Arts. 64-67) establish the consumer's right to withdraw, and hence to cancel the order within 10 working days of delivery of the goods.
Withdrawal should be communicated to Firenze University Press by registered letter with proof of delivery. Where communicated by fax, withdrawal must be confirmed within 48 hours of the fax by registered letter.
